Lecce 0-1 Juventus | Serie A – Italian League
A lightning-fast goal from Dusan Vlahovic, scored just 12 seconds after kickoff, lifted Juventus to a crucial victory and temporarily secured third place in the Serie A standings, overtaking AC Milan.

Dusan Vlahovic celebrates a goal for Juventus.
With one of the fastest goals in Serie A history, the Serbian striker slotted home after receiving a cross from Andrea Cambiaso on the left, controlling it superbly in the box and finishing with precision. The goal came in the opening seconds of the match, giving Juventus an early lead they never relinquished.
Luciano Spalletti’s side provisionally snatched the third spot from Milan, who face Atalanta on Sunday in matchday 36. The win, which ended a run of two consecutive draws, brings Juventus closer to their Champions League objective, as they now sit among the top four—a position also contested by Roma and even Como.
Spalletti’s men extended their unbeaten run to ten matches, having not lost since a defeat to Como on February 21. They controlled the game early on, but saw two goals disallowed by VAR—one from Vlahovic and another from Kalulu—leading to some late pressure.
Goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio was forced into action to preserve the lead, particularly in the final stages as Lecce pushed for an equalizer. The host side, currently 17th and still fighting for survival, failed to show improvement under Eusebio Di Francesco, who had seen his team go three games without defeat before this loss.
Lecce had a chance hit the post in the early minutes, but Juventus remained dominant. Vlahovic had another goal ruled out for offside in the 39th minute and again early in the second half. Lecce’s Konan N’Diri tested Di Gregorio late on, but Juventus held firm to secure the win that boosts their position in the table.
